Someone posted a picture of Laertes in front of a pegboard that said "Simply to be is vastly beautiful", which is one of my favorite quotes from that book. I got a 5/5 review on Goodreads from someone saying that Laertes was one of her most anticipated books of 2022 and it didn't disappoint. I finished my next project (TBA-join the newsletter if you want first dibs!) and proofs are headed to me now.Ī different B&N out of town reached out and asked if I wanted to do a signing. I got a panicked email from him while I was still in the B&N saying he would scream if I hurt his favorite characters. Jake Ruddle, my narrator, finished reading Kingdoms on Fire to prep for the final installment and he absolutely loved it. The acting in this book is even better than in Firian Rising. Into the Unreal is now available everywhere as an audiobook, including Audible.
